The Regional Resilience Manager, designated to EMEA, will develop and continuously improve the client’s global incident strategy and facilitate its adoption throughout the region. The Manager identifies, plans, coordinates, and conducts various training such as workshops and/or table top exercises within the region and including senior leadership. The position provides discreet and professional advisory support on incident response and recovery to identified leadership teams or individual members.
Essential Functions Include:

Develop and continuously improve the client’s global incident strategy and facilitate its adoption throughout the region.
Identify, plan, coordinate, and conduct various training such as workshops and/or table top exercises within the Americas region and including senior leadership;
Identify training gaps, maintain and enhance response capability, provide training and exercise budget estimates to the client and coordinate the activities of outside consultants and evaluators.
Assist the Exercise Manager to plan and coordinate operational-based exercises such as functional and full-scale exercises when they occur in the region.
Develop, coordinate and facilitate meetings where training topics are discussed and consensus is built to determine yearly training exercise focus.
Provide detailed project plans, task tracker, training demands, and other requests which support the business.
Coordinate with other regions, business groups, and with Security Managers/Advisors to ensure individual and group training supports the development of capabilities and confidence to respond to identified threats against the client.
Produce After Action Reports, facilitate the development of the organizational improvement plan, and provide follow up meetings to close action items, as directed;
Research and write Incident After Action Reports for Incident Management teams that have responded to an incident.
Coordinate with regional response entities to ensure alignment with the client’s Incident Management Plan and the Incident Management Process.
Research and provide one-to-one or group IMT briefings for new IMT members, IMT awareness sessions, and risk-based briefings.
Provide professional and discreet support, guidance and advice on incident response and recovery to identified leadership teams or individual members.
All other duties, as assigned.
Education/Experience: Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree, preferred), equivalent experience, or combination of coursework and work experience in project/program management, business administration, security, or a related field.
