We are currently seeking a part-time Training Instructor to work under the general direction of the Director of Security. The Instructor position is a key function charged with providing initial, refresher, remedial training in support of our security programs for Security Professionals.

Training classes will be conducted at various locations.
The ideal candidate should meet the minimum basic requirements as follows:
Candidate must have a minimum of two year prior training instructor experience in the security industry
Candidate must have prior security officer experience
Bilingual required (Eng./Span.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Lesson Plan sample may be required)
Ability to function as a single, Training Instructor with corporate support, but minimal supervision
Ability to work weekends and on call as needed
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook also required
Position requires a personable individual who is capable of professionally relating to individuals at all levels and from all backgrounds.
Ability to follow directions and perform multiple tasks under pressure; Tasks must be performed effectively, simultaneously, under strict deadlines and in a courteous and professional manner.
INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED):
The ideal candidate is required to possess a combination of instructor-related credentials as outlined below:
Valid and active DI (Security Instructor) license or
