Dynamic Security, Inc. a large contract security firm, is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to lead our sales effort in Georgia and another position coming available in Dallas, Texas.
This position includes company resources including, but not limited to, training, marketing materials, mentoring and prospecting data.
Qualified candidates should have previous sales experience.
This Manager will be expected to screen potential clients by phone, schedule meetings, cold call, conduct presentations and report the status of those sales efforts to our team.
The Ideal candidate will recognize potential areas of growth; and work towards gaining the trust of prospective clients, ultimately closing sales with the help of the Operations Team. The candidate must be confident, positive, motivated and must be a great communicator. Also, they must have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age, capable of passing a pre-employment drug screen; and have a clean criminal background history.
Additional Salary Information: Salary + No-Cap Commissions
