Compensation is $65K per year.
Qualifications: California security guard card; at least 3 years of experience in uniformed security/law enforcement or military logistics. Valid California Drivers License in good standing must qualify for coverage under Companys vehicle insurance policy; Associate's Degree or higher plus 3 an additional years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Conversant/proficient with WinTeam Scheduling Software
Experienced in coordinating, supervising, managing, or training others. Must be highly computer literate; possess professional communication skills, pay close attention to detail strong work ethic. Must possess management level knowledge of California laws, procedures, government regulations, and agency rules regarding private security. The successful applicant must submit to and pass a drug screening test, be legally eligible to work in the United States, and submit to and pass a background check.
Description of Duties: Work directly with the Branch Manager to assure compliance with service contracts; report and resolve client issues, prepare written client post instructions and procedures, assist in start-ups of new accounts, schedule uniformed personnel, review operational paperwork, including incident reports; proof payroll summaries prior to submission for payroll processing and timely submit corrections where necessary; perform day-to-day operations task necessary to efficiently provide security services.

FASP/FSS operates under the direction of Cal Horton, CPP, a former law enforcement officer and seasoned veteran of First Alarm’s original uniformed guard division. Elevated to the position of President and CEO in late 2007, Mr. Horton offers strong leadership and innovative business committed to employing integrated security solutions (strategies toward the advancement of professionalism within the uniformed private security industry.
