Directly to VP of Human Resources and to the VP of Operations.
This position is under the direct supervision of both the VP of Human Resources and VP of Operations and is responsible for the overall operations of the sites they are assigned to.

Client Relation for the Site(s).
Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to the Site Supervisors and Shift Supervisors and assists with whatever issues arise.
Communicates changes in the Company’s policies and procedures.
Reviews open shifts at the sites and hire qualified candidates as needed. Goal is not to exceed 3%.
Works closely with the Site Supervisors and Corporate HR to address employee relations issues (FMLA, ADA, request for accommodate, disciplinary issues, attendance issues, workers comp claims, suspensions, terminations, etc.).
Ensure that the site(s) payroll is entered daily. This will help reduce overtime and prevent the occurrences of uncovered shifts.
Guarantees that all guards and management staff working have current guard license and when audits are conducted, confirm that any discrepancies are resolved.
Works closely with the Office Manager to ensure that new hire paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to the Corporate Office in a timely fashion.
Branch sales quota is a minimum of 168 hours of new permanent business per quarter.
Keeps management informed on sales progress by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Provides historical data by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
This position will have direct supervision responsivities over the management staff of the assigned site(s); Operations Manager and the Office Manager at the Branch Office.
Exposure to climate changes throughout the year.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel to the site(s) is required on a weekly basis.
Travel within the Northern California area is required on a weekly basis for meetings and new business development.
Some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected (≤ 5%).

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.
Five (5) years of experience in the security industry.
Three (3) years of management experience in the security industry.
Two (2) years of sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
Obtain and keep current, a California Guard License in accordance with the State Law.
