Area Crisis and Security Consulting
We seek an experienced consulting professional to join our crisis management and security consulting team. The team is responsible for working with clients on tasks that increase their organizational ability to mitigate security risks.
This role is responsible for performing security program evaluations, development and implementation. This includes all elements of corporate security program review and design including policy writing, procedure development and delivery of training solutions.
This role also includes performing security risk assessments and physical security reviews of client sites, and developing and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies and security solutions.
Tasks and responsibilities
Deliver Control Risks’ consultancy services to clients by developing innovative solutions to complex security-related risks. You will be responsible for scoping and delivering projects across a broad range of security domains including activities such as risk workshops, program reviews, gap analysis, program and organizational design, development and implementation, and presentations.
Conduct site security assessments by evaluating location-based and site-specific risks, and reviewing the security footprint of physical protection systems, guard force operations, security policies and procedures, etc.
Actively lead on projects from first client inquiry to proposal development, task servicing, quality assurance and project closure.
Continuously enhance client relationships through excellent delivery of projects, wherever possible in close cooperation with the various other departments in Control Risks.
Pro-actively seek opportunities to develop projects and business.
Contribute to marketing and profile-raising events including public speaking engagements.
Qualifications and specialist skills
Demonstrated success in global security in a corporate or “in-house” setting or a security risk management consulting role.
Proven ability to successfully deliver quality solutions including written and oral delivery of training and presentations.
Proven ability conducting business development. Able to build good relationships with senior executives with non-security backgrounds, in addition to our clients’ security managers.
Experience in reviewing, designing, developing and implementing corporate security programs.
Experience in and knowledge of corporate security policies and procedures.
Experience in reviewing, designing and implementing physical, electronic procedural and operational security measures for corporate, commercial and/or residential buildings.
Experience in developing client-specific physical security policies, procedures and standards that address a client’s security requirements.
