The world's leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for a Director, Client Engagement, ISS. As a Director of Client Engagement, you will serve as the initial engagement point of contact and communication between the ISS Client and G4S. This management role has primary responsibility for onboarding the ISS Client and initiating the ongoing Client relationship with G4S as well as direct personnel management of ISS Principal Consultants.
The Director, Client Engagement, ISS takes responsibility for initiating all client implementation projects and delivering initial projects successfully to the Client using his/her own technical skills and knowledge to understand Client needs and requirements and develop effective solutions, while also coordinating and leveraging additional G4S line-of-business knowledge and resources to meet client needs and ensure client satisfaction with the implementation of services provided by G4S.
The Director, Client Engagement, ISS, is responsible for successfully transitioning the ISS client from initial engagement services into an ongoing ISS client service model and providing all relevant knowledge, contracts, materials, contacts, schedules, introductions, and project plans necessary for a successful transition to the ongoing support of a principal or team ISS consultant.
Specific Duties and Essential Functions
Builds contacts and relations with client
Serves as main point of support contact and escalation for all new ISS clients and ongoing support escalation for clients with principal consultants in place
Provides advice and consultancy services to client on all areas of enterprise security risk management
Leads and project manages matrixed project groups of G4s line-of-business consultants on client implementation projects
Understands all aspects of client business functions and processes, then designs, schedules, analyzes, and constructs solutions to meet the demands and specifications of the client
Ensures proper documentation for and training on all provided services from G4s to Client
Provides transitional service for clients moving from implementation to ongoing ISS client support
Ensures successful onboarding of client principal consultants to ISS clients for ongoing support
Keeps current on industry trends, news, and happenings, and maintain continual awareness of best practices in the security risk management profession
Provides management supervision for principal consultants
Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, criminal justice, government relations, law, security, or a closely related field
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
Must possess a minimum of 5 years of work experience in all facets of enterprise security risk management and current security disciplines and tactics
Must possess a minimum of 10 years of full-time experience performing supervisory responsibilities or highly responsible work relating to tasks assigned to this position
