As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition he/she will be responsible to lead full-cycle recruitment for our Security Operations across our national footprint. He/she will be a true partner with Operational Leadership in identifying strategic sources of hire that enable us to respond to our customers immediately, with the best talent in the industry. Additionally, he/she will be versed in TA metrics, like quality of hire, the use candidate assessments and CSI methods.
Instill a culture of service within the TA team that results in a true business partnership with P2P Operations.
Attract, acquire and retain the best security professionals in the industry.
Identify the highest quality sources of hire and engage them in a strategic partnership with P2P.
Coach and develop team of recruiters who understand the business, her metrics and what top talent looks like.
Manage the TA systems (Taleo, eVerify, Sterling) and processes to ensure appropriate tracking and compliance.
Design 2-3 key sourcing programs, e.g. military hiring, trade schools, niche referral programs.
Produce appropriate metrics and reporting to identify opportunities within the talent lifecycle.
Execute a new candidate assessment that predicts success on job prior to offer.
Preferred knowledge skills and abilities.
Experience working in private security, military and/or government related field.
Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Arabic.
Experience working internationally.
5-7 years recruiting experience with a focus on a non-exempt, geographically dispersed workforce.
3-5 years managing a team of recruiters.
Demonstrated experience in sourcing candidates, above and beyond job boards.
Sound analytical reasoning and an ability to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruiting practices and programs.
Knowledge of employment law and other best practice HR.
Deep knowledge in TA systems, preferably with Taleo.
Superior judgement and reasoning when selecting candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
