As a Director, Strategic Account Operations, you will be responsible for the development and operations of all physical security services for a large, multi location chemical company. This position is expected to motivate and lead direct and indirect reports who are technically proficient and understand the expectations of security responsibilities and needs of a chemical company. This position ensures quality customer relations, creates and analyzes reports and communicates with client representatives and field offices regularly to facilitate these activities.

Specific Duties and Essential Functions
Act as a strategic partner communicating directly with different levels of management including executive levels, directors and other levels
Oversee and have the ability to hire, manage, reprimand and direct Account Managers
Employ effective strategic leadership skills managing a large-scale guard force service and operations ensuring that such services are customer focused, reliable, stable and always either achieves or surpasses obligated service levels
Take the initiative to suggest continuous process improvement and efficiencies through best practices; implement such to improve services and cost to client
Manage at a Strategic Level services that include but are not limited to alarm monitoring, access control, incident detection and mitigation, communication and awareness, delivery functions, theft and property and deterrence functions
Advise and mentor other G4S personnel serving the client under existing Work Orders
Achieve financial goals by establishing objectives, developing and monitoring budgets, controlling and reducing costs, and optimizing use of assets
Personnel management; provide supervision to managers within the Secure Solutions Region (i.e., oversee customer relations, ensure required reports and analytics are provided to client and G4S management)
Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field experience
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
A minimum of ten (10) years of management experience a large multifaceted business with knowledge of Executive Protection, Physical Security, Investigations and Special Events
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a responsible security management role within the security or criminal justice field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing a security contract or corporate security account in a multi-location Petroleum, Chemical environment
A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing a Security Operations Center, Security Communications Center, security/alarm monitoring center or other closely related operation
Prior work experience developing strategic plans for physical and technical security services
