The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is the principal physical security advisor to executive management and reports to the EVP, Corporate Human Resources.As the CSO, additional responsibilities include leading the Environmental, Health & Safety and Aviation departments.In each of these departments the CSO is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and oversight of standards, policies and procedures.Successful execution requires collaboration HR, IT, Legal and Compliance.The scope of responsibilities includes domestic and international operations.
Minimum of 20+ years of experience managing security in a large, global organization.
Strategic thinker with firm understanding of the balance between business, security and safety; ability to lead change.
Leadership skills necessary to command the action and confidence of others during fast breaking crisis situations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely; ability to prepare and deliver high level presentations and briefings, for both internal and external audiences.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
