Kuty & Associates, LLC is recruiting, on behalf of our privately held security company, for a BDM to be located in the greater metro Washington DC area. A partial list of responsibilities is below. However, other duties and objectives may be agreed upon by the BDM and the Business Development Director.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on company direction and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare RFPs and sales contracts while adhering to established rules and guidelines
Provide feedback and after-sales support in conjunction with the operations team
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of business development experience in the physical security business accompanied by a proven track record of success.
Additional Salary Information: Full benefit package including bonus and commission
