The Manager, Enterprise Risk Operations Center is responsible for design/build/sustainment and operational management of Mayo Clinic’s Enterprise Risk Operations Center (EROC) in alignment with institutional and Enterprise Physical Security Risk Management mission, vision, and objectives. Qualified candidate develops operational protocols, plans, processes, and metrics for the efficient operation of the EROC. This individual works with the Crisis/Incident Management Teams to develop strategies, plans, and processes to support preparation for and response to brand/reputational issues, continuity events, emergencies, and disasters regardless of cause.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Business Management, Organizational Management, Risk Management or related field with eight years of experience in related program management is required.
Strong understanding of various security concepts and solutions, including security dispatching and threat analysis. Demonstrated ability to build an effective, cohesive and collaborative team. Effective in leading, developing, motivating, and coaching a diverse team of security specialists, threat analysts, business analysists, and emergency telecommunicators. Master’s Degree preferred.
