QPS is seeking an organized, detailed oriented individual to join our growing operations department. This position will be responsible for coordinating work schedules and payroll for field staff, modifying and producing post orders and monitor certification and license compliance for our officers.
Schedule Fire Safety Director test with the Fire Department
Prepare letters and memos for all licensed officers and assist with security license paperwork.
Communicate schedule, payroll, vacation and time off to officers, area managers and HR.
Prepare F01 letters, and schedule training and test for officers and managers.
Run payroll reports and other ad hoc reports.
Review and approve assigned payrolls; report discrepancies as appropriate update and track timecard and related attendance matters.
Prepare and update daily schedule and schedule orientation for officers and field staff.
Assist with various administrative duties
Heavy scheduling experience in the facilities protection industry required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3+ years relevant security services experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required, including very strong Excel skills.
Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and follow through with internal procedures and controls.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
WinTeam experience preferred.
