Provides direction and accountability for all operations provided in the within Sports and Entertainment. Regularly meets with Account Managers, Supervisory and Officer staffing and compliance with all client requirements. Responsible for oversight and administers when needed of all onboarding, training, scheduling, payroll, billing and compliance. Assesses skills of staff and works with account managers to ensure proper staff assignments.

*Possess knowledge of post orders and assignments created by the account manager
*Understand all Andy Frain Services policies, and procedures. Administer as needed
*At the direction of the Regional Director, intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of Account Managers, Security Supervisors and Officers.
*Works closely with the Regional Director to ensure the efficient, effective and compliant operations of all S&E Accounts within the Operational Area.
*Proactively identifies risks to employees and company assets (buildings, equipment, etc.). Plays a central role in ensuring a safe, healthy and secure workplace.
*Must be prepared to act as the Regional Director as needed in their absence.
* Guides staff in strengthening competencies and meeting client needs.
*Creates designated account budgets after feedback from account managers and submits to Regional Director for approval.
* On occasion, will act as account manager during long event runs or multiple events scenarios
*Oversees time and payroll processing to correctly submit all payroll and billing the next day after the event.
*Will be an effective member of and lead project teams.
*Acts as readily available resource to client(s) Security Staff and Security Supervisors in the area of operations.
Conducts necessary training when needs based on contractual requirements and or audit recommendations.
*Submits equipment and supply written requests to Regional Director within 30 days prior to needed equipment
*Submits monthly financial reviews for all designated accounts.
*Participates in monthly operations and financial calls as organized by Sr. leadership.
* Responds in a timely manner to all email and verbal communications.
*Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
Support other departments or offsite locations as assigned by the Regional Director
SKILLS REQUIRED TO BE PERFORMED AT HIGHEST LEVEL:
In accordance with applicable Andy Frain Services policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, may perform the following supervisory responsibilities: Interviewing, hiring orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Two years of progressively responsible experience including supervision (or equivalent experience) required; five years preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of security operations, workplace health and safety issues.
Evidence of ability to work autonomously using sound judgment reflecting strong customer service orientation.
Ability to obtain FEMA Certification in 100b, 200b, 700a, 800b, 901 and also IAVM Training Crowd Manager within 90 days of employment
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Computer skills required.
Superior planning, organization and leadership/supervisory skills.
Strong customer and quality orientation.
Prior training experience preferred.
Ability to be a hands-on, results oriented employee, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to facilitate progressive change.
