In your new role you will:
Highlight and recommend appropriate actions and improvements for any concerns/risks to the respective departments, site management and Corporate Business Continuity Corporate Security (BC CS)
Support the regional BC CS lead in reporting, investigations, audits and security services, and will liaise with local government, authorities and law enforcement agencies to support the entire spectrum of security
Manage the National Contract Guard Services in all locations:
Assure that all sites provisioned with contract guard services are fully supported
Assure the creation, alignment and approval of all site security guard post orders
Conduct monthly surveys of each site to determine satisfaction of guard performance
Attend Quarterly Business Reviews with BC CS and contracted companies, to measure compliance and improve performance
Review and support BC CS in the review of invoices for accuracy
Support BC CS in the approval of invoices & tracking invoices against budgets
Manage the Security Operations Center:
Assure the proper training and response for all SCC operators, to include the creation of SCC Post Orders
Assure that all systems are fully operational at all times, tracking any failed systems or software for immediate correction, maintaining maintenance & performance records
Generate tempo and ad hoc reports, using existing and procured tools, for the IFAM BC CS. Reports will include guard performance reports, alarm response reports, billing, incident reports, etc., to measure the performance of the security operation
Support IFAM BC CS in regionally implementing and managing Infineon's Corporate Security Rule and respective Corporate Security (CS) programs
In cooperation with BC, define, manage and control all site security concepts, including security systems and controls, to safe guard the site, while evaluating, auditing and implementing continuous improvement in the level of security and protection of personnel, Infineon and its assets
Act as main point of contact for all routine and daily security related activities
Support the IFAM BC CS in locally implementing and managing Infineon's Corporate Security Assessment Program (CSAP)
Participate in local security related associations and forums, to promote Infineon's strategy for corporate security and to ensure Infineon's interests are protected
Support local investigations (general, criminal, supply chain, counterfeit, fraud, etc.) with approval of IFAM BC CS
Define appropriate actions and counter measures to prevent future incidents while involving all necessary sources and departments (e.g. local police forces, compliance office, internal audit, financial controlling and legal)Ã‚
Maintain constant and close liaison with local authorities
Develop and conduct Security awareness trainings
Support local crisis management committee/Disaster Prevention Organization and align with BC on counter measures, to minimize damage and disruption to IFX operations
Be actively involved in contingency planning to mitigate the effect of incidents
Bachelors degree from a recognized university or tertiary institution (preferred), or a minimum of 5 years security management experience or an Honorable Discharge from any US military branch demonstrating at least 3 years of active service
A combination of education and experience in the field of corporate/civil security demonstrated by holding roles in police forces, intelligence services, military, corporate security, security management or as a licensed private investigator
Security Industry Certifications (CPP, CFE, CISSP) preferred
LENEL Administrator or similar systems experience a plus
Fluency in English at conversational level required (Fluency in German or Spanish a plus)
