We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the sale of security services and customer account management in Dallas, Texas.
Key Essential Functions:
Generate and utilize sales leads with decision makers and make or conduct sales presentations.
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
Prospect and contact potential customers and address customer needs.
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline through calls and follow-up appointments.
Resolve customer inquiries and request for current and future business opportunities.
Maintain and build customer relationships and close new business opportunities.
Work directly with company management and sales personnel to develop new business plans.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform.
Ability to build rapport with clients and meet or exceed set goals.
Strong negotiation skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Must have professional appearance and demeanor.
