Brivo is searching for a Senior Regional Sales Manager (Sr RSM) for the South Central Region which includes the states of Texas and Louisiana. The Sr RSM is responsible for prospecting and developing business within the assigned territory, establishing relationships with key decision-makers (President, VP of Sales, Sales Manager, and Technicians) and driving the sales process from prospect through close under the guidance of the Western Regional Director of Sales. In addition, the Sr RSM is responsible for managing the DFW Area Account Manager to develop and implement strategies for growth in the DFW market. The Sr RSM will be responsible for detailed knowledge of the complete portfolio of Brivo solutions as well as general knowledge of components and systems supported through integration (such as NVRs, IP cameras, wireless locks). This is an outside sales position and requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory. Come join the Brivo Team!
Manage the South Central territory including the states of Texas and Louisiana
Oversee the Area Account Manager(s) within the region and work in tandem with Strategic Sales Executives and Regional Technical Managers
Build understanding of the Brivo security platform, including supported devices and integrations and be able to effectively demonstrate the capabilities to prospects
Travel up to 75% throughout the assigned territory.
Recruit, on board, and grow channel partners
Respond to customer requests for information in a timely manner
Provide system sales and product training for channel partners.

Live in a major market (preferably Houston) within the territory
Channel field sales experience (NOT overlay or inside sales)
Track record of prospecting, qualifying, recruiting and supporting new dealer opportunities
Minimum of five years sales experience preferably within the security industry, SaaS, software sales, or information security and two or more years’ experience selling in a defined territory and an established current client base
Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm in a professional manner.
Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way
Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed a quota on a consistent basis
Proficiency with CRM tools (SFDC), Google Apps (Docs/Sheets/Slides, etc), and other business tools
Bachelor’s degree and/or directly related Security Industry regional sales experience
