Great opportunity exists for an experienced business development professional who has worked within the crisis response and security industries. This position can be located anywhere within the United States, reporting into our Cleveland, Ohio office. Generate and qualify leads
Source and develop client referrals
Prepare sales action plans and strategies
Schedule sales activity
Develop and maintain a customer database
Make sales calls to new and existing clients
Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
Develop sales proposals
Prepare and present contracts
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in-person
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Follow up on sales activity
Participate in sales events
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
5+ years of in-depth knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques typically gained through successful, high level, consultative sales experience
Exceptional communication skills
Must be based within the United States
Exceptional customer service skills - able to deal with executive-level personnel comfortably and confidentially
Strong professional demeanor
Experience selling a high-end service is an asset
Experience in loss prevention is an asset
Strong computer knowledge - Microsoft Office, CRM Tools, etc.
