GENERAL SUMMARY:
Leads all the security related issues and procedures. Conducts everyday management and problem solving of security issues Qualifications
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Inspects, monitors, controls, and patrols work sites, an assigned location, property, and/or people
· Leads the delivery of coordinated safety security services and the day-to-day management and supervision of the related activities
· Supervises and responsibly leads the activities of various levels of assigned security personnel utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment
· Performs other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Ability to speak, read and write in the English language
· Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Ability to communicate and present effectively in both written and oral forms internally and externally
· Ability to motivate co-workers to function effectively as a team in a challenging environment
· Ability to assess risk and follow a proactive approach EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· High School Education or GED
· Three years of technical experience
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
· Holds and maintains a valid State Department of Business and Professional Regulation Class D Security License
