BASF's Agricultural Solutions site in Beaumont, TX is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) Team Lead like you to drive, coordinate, and support EHSS programs, management systems, and related sustainability efforts. You will lead a team of EHSS professionals to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of BASF's EHS programs and initiatives.

Formula for Success

• As a trusted member of the Beaumont site leadership team, you will identify and prioritize issues and opportunities, as well as develop and execute action plans designed to reduce risks and improve EHSS performance.
• Leading a team of cross-functional professionals located at the Beaumont site, you will provide direction and guidance to meet EHSS performance goals within their area of responsibilities while fostering their professional development.
• Applying your well-rounded understanding of EHS requirements, you will coordinate with the BASF EHSS Expert Services groups on processes and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in EHSS performance and program execution.
• Leveraging your educational background in Engineering, Science, or a Business-related field, combined with your professional experience, you will monitor key performance indicators and make necessary adjustments to resources and programs to improve performance in EHSS.
• Your ability to consistently display your strategic thinking and influencing skills will be a valued asset as you implement standardized EHSS processes in the support of the BASF Responsible Care ^(c) Management System.
• You will be relied on to interact with and influence corporate and site leadership, regulatory agencies, and other key stakeholders on best practices in EHSS program execution.
