Lead a team of project consultants to provide expertise in defining solutions that meet the needs of business and operations, assess feasibility and identify the best set-up and the necessary level of controls to minimize operational risk
Review and perform risk assessments
Estimate effort for the scope of work, set expectations and project governance at kick-off and monitor adherence and compliance throughout the project
Deliver projects from study to post-implementation support within the agreed budget and schedule, manage project dependencies, escalate risks and issues to stakeholders to overcome challenges, and propose and execute mitigation plans
Be involved in Data Leakage Prevention policy defining, remediation framework design and testing
Coordinate with teams in Europe for controls to APAC
Provide training and handover to BAU team
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study
Previous experience within the international banking and financial services sector with project experience / involvement in Cyber Security
Minimum 5 years of experience managing a portfolio of small and medium sized projects
Highly energetic with a strong drive to deliver tangible benefits to the client
Perfect mastery of English, outstanding interpersonal skills and are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders over the phone and face-to-face
Confident and able to influence others, able to lead a group to consensus while handling situations of conflict
Good fundamental knowledge of project management and risk management, and solid track record of delivering on target
Analytical, can translate analytical thinking into solutions,creative and resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
Able to work independently and supervise junior staff
