Business Function Your overall responsibility will be to coordinate the organization's penetration testing activities between internal teams and third parties / vendors. You will manage the tracking of penetration testing projects, including project schedules, testing progress, retest arrangements, issue closure and logistics. You will analyze the vulnerabilities and issues raised in the penetration testing reports, with the aim of measuring the security performance of internal teams and eliminating future occurrences of such vulnerabilities. You will also review change requests to deploy applications releases to production. Ultimately, your role is to reduce risk to our organization by ensuring the Bank's applications are adequately secured before they are released to production. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for penetration testing projects
Ensure resource availability for penetration testing projects
Ensure timely tracking of penetration test findings with internal teams

DATA ANALYST
Analyze data of past pentest results
Consolidate root cause analysis of past pentest results
Measure security performance and SDLC maturity of internal teams
Create a graphical visualization of penetration testing projects, including testing progress and issue tracking
Requirements
2 + years of experience
Strong communication skills; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders at various levels
Keen in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources for the purposes of documenting results and analyzing findings
Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment and deliver under pressure
Comfortable with working in a large corporate environment
Added advantage if you are technically savvy and have experience with computer programming languages, including Python, Java, JavaScript, and Graph Algorithms to automate repetitive task or visualize data
Added advantage if you have experience with JIRA project tracking software, including Groovy knowledge to create JIRA workflows
