Gresham Hunt are currently partnered with a leading Financial Services client in the search for an experienced Cyber Security professional with an "Engineering Mindset" to join their Edinburgh-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join as the team expands their automation capabilities and provide SME guidance to their SIEM and Cyber Analytics platform.

The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in deploying SIEM tools with a preference for Splunk and Phantom SOAR.
• Experience assessing and resolving issues in relation to functionality, integration and automation of in-scope toolsets
• Demonstrable scripting experience, preferably with Python. PowerShell and VBA are also beneficial.
• The ability to implement threat monitoring use cases.
• Advanced data modelling techniques.
• Knowledge in technical areas such as proxies, firewalls, IDS/IPS.

This opportunity will provide great exposure to new technologies, the chance to mentor junior staff as well as excellent WFH flexibility.
