If so, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to join our Offensive Security Team as well as the Application Security team. The first one is responsible for challenging the existing security controls during simulated attacks, training & exercises and leverages the latest tools, tactics and techniques used by adversaries, and the latter is responsible for enabling application teams with tools, training and coaching to ensure applications would be secure. To accomplish this, you will contribute to evaluating the capability of both teams and ensuring strong processes, auditability and overall improving the quality of our work. Your main responsibilities are to understand and evaluatethe capability of the teams and ensuring strong processes, auditability and overall improving the quality of our work. Requirements Preferably, you have an auditor or compliance background to question and challenge the existing processes and propose improvements. You do have strong knowledge about cybersecurity and ideally support it with relevant certifications (OSCP, SANS security certifications) and are willing to continue learning. You are particularly familiar with offensive security activities (red teaming, purple teaming, threat intelligence). You are comfortable working individually and self-driven but you also work well in a team. You have a positive and "can-do" attitude to allow you rally other team members adopt your recommendations and you are also listening to other's pain points to propose meaningful changes. You are either familiar with providing technical solutions, such as writing some code or combining various existing bricks together, or are willing to learn.
