We are seeking an Emergency Planning, Operations and Response Manager for the Security and Safety Operations Department.
The Emergency Planning, Operations and Response Manager is responsible for validating appropriate responses to said emergencies, ensuring criteria exist to distinguish between those levels and that all responders are aware of their obligations under the plans. As part of a continuous improvement program, the job incumbent is accountable for administrating the ongoing business continuity planning (BCP) efforts by all business units while orchestrating reviews of how well plans undertaken are executed in response to emergencies as well as initiating lessons learned summaries with recommended changes.

Directs use of Emergency Response system for the organization and is primary pointed of contact for that vendor.
Ensures that business continuity plans are updated, documented, and tested annually.
Maintains a database of records for the organization with regard to BCP and emergency events.
Analyzes cost-effectiveness for all aspects of the Emergency Response system to include products, projects and services.
Designs, schedules and evaluates training of Credit Human staff in order to ensure required knowledge levels and operational efficiency in the areas of emergency management and recovery.
3-5 years proven, related experience.
Emergency lead role with a medium to large organization
BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
