This is a full-time, ten-month, term-contract faculty appointment in the Computer & Information Technologies Program within the Business, Computer, and Information Systems Division. Bluegrass Community and Technical College is designated as an NSA/DHS Center for Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense through the CIT program. The position requires flexibility of scheduling which will include both on-campus and online classes and is intended to fulfill our Cybersecurity and Networking instruction needs.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's in Information Technology with experience in the areas of security and networking.
Additional graduate credit hours of Information Technology related courses
At least two years of teaching experience with both face-to-face and online formats
Experience with Blackboard and other instructional technology
Security related credentials in A+, Net+, CISCO and/or Microsoft
