Provides protection for personnel and property in designated area of responsibility.
Provides protective service to employees, patients, physicians and visitors including security escorts.
Provides surveillance of employees going to and from parking areas during shift change.
Patrols assigned areas on foot.
Assists nursing and medical staff with difficult patients or visitors.
Assists medical staff with insuring patient safety.
Responds to emergency alarms, code blues and other calls for emergency assistance.
Enforces hospital policies.
Prepares routine activity reports and preliminary Investigative Reports.
Assists, city, state and federal law agencies as required.
