As the Enterprise Sales Engineer (ESE) you will work in a remote, field technical management role that interacts directly with Brivo Customers and Resellers globally to establish a high-level understanding of Brivo solutions via formal sales and technical presentations/discussions. You will also help the Enterprise Sales Team respond to requests for proposals and requests for information, perform product demonstrations, and answer dealer and end-user questions.You will be expected to speak to Brivo's complete portfolio of solutions as well as components and systems supported through integration (such as Video Management Systems, Identity Access Management Systems, wireless locks).
In this role you will also be expected to:
Assist in the sales growth of enterprise customer accounts globally.
Assist in implementing programs to improve overall end-user performance.
Act as a key sales/technical advisor and advocate for Brivo and third-party products.
Represent the company and product to customers and at field events.
Create, publish and maintain technical documents.
Convey customer requirements to product management teams.
Assist in coordination of customer projects.
Assist in the development of Brivo University training courses.
Provide remote and on-site assistance as needed with escalated technical support issues .
Deliver technical overview training as well as Certification Training on Brivo products.
Provide technical sales assistance to include system demonstrations and presentations to resellers and end users.
3+ years of relevant experience; pre-sales technical and/or engineering experience preferred
Live in a major market within close proximity to a major airport. Central US location preferred but not required.
Prior experience creating written responses to functional and technical requirements for
Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP).
Prior experience delivering pre-sales, technical training content and product demonstrations to resellers and end-users.
Prior experience creating a bill of material (BOM).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Must have valid passport
Travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory.
