As theTech Partner Marketing Manager, you will work with Brivo's strategic technology partners and ISVs. You will be responsible for working directly with our vast ecosystem of tech partners to create compelling value propositions, enable field teams and create a robust lead generation funnel through joint marketing programs. This role requires someone that can create strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across our company and our partners and play a strategic role in developing our tech partner program.
To be successful in this new role, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to experiment and iterate as we create new programs and processes that deliver value to the business and our partners. You also need to have experience working with strategic partners and building scalable programs. This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing.
You will also be expected to:
Define technology and ISV partner marketing strategy
Work cross-functionally with the Brivo Business Development, Sales and Marketing teams to support technology partners to grow awareness, adoption and revenue for technology partners
Create strategic narratives and integrated marketing plans with our top partners, including campaigns, digital activities, and other programs to be delivered through the partner, with the partner, and to the partner
Champion our key partnerships with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers
Manage the day-to-day partner marketing activities and onboarding such as building collateral, presentations, videos, training, etc.
Prepare success metrics for sharing with partners such as during partner QBRs, and internally
Act as a key resource to partners for marketing strategy, and Brivo positioning and messaging
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Partner/ISV Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Marketplace Management or similar roles
Must be an excellent writer for multiple channels and applications
Experience leading ISV/technology partner programs
Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends), lead management
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and creative
Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
