Work you'll do
As the Cybersecurity Support Specialist you will be working hand in hand with the Cyber Security team to manage and address all security findings, including patching vulnerabilities, compliance items, and incident tracking.
The Cybersecurity Support Specialist will be the primary point of contact for any and all security concerns including responses to any data clawbacks, possible data spill investigations, and any other security incidents for the Federal eDiscovery team.
While the individual may not be responsible for all security oriented tasks or updates they will be accountable for finding the appropriate parties to fully resolve any incidents or security compliance incidents/issues/concerns.
This individual will play a major role in organizing, planning, and facilitating the planning of Disaster Recover for the Federal eDiscovery environments as well as the organizing, planning and facilitation of the testing of those plan(s).
Responsible for Security oriented Policy creation, Permission tracking and auditing, security exception tracking and reporting, Change Control Board representation for the eDiscovery Ops team, Change and Security level announcements, requests for Relativity and eDiscovery specific security documentation, Virus Scan Troubleshooting, Certificate tracking/management, Audit Logs lifecycle policy and procedure, and be accountable for Auditing Log setup for all necessary eDiscovery objects, User Access and CIMP compliance for eDiscovery Support, All non-security based policy documentation for Support team, as well as extended outage scheduling for compliance or security incidents.

Our teams apply eDiscovery leading practices and leverage analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to assist government attorneys and agency staff through the litigation or information request process.
Our teams work with government attorneys on litigation readiness; to collect, process, analyze, review, and produce data; and to support discovery requests, depositions, hearings, and trials. Our team applies decades of experience and knowledge gleaned from thousands of cases to each stage of a litigation or dispute engagement, from case theory development and discovery to witness testimony. We use proprietary tools, methodologies, and technology-including data mining and mapping, electronic discovery, and computer forensic capabilities-to address our clients' needs.
Bachelor's degree required in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related field
3+ years of experience working within Cybersecurity required
eDiscovery and Relativity experience required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Secret security clearance required
Current federal guidance requires that GPS professionals must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 18, 2022, unless legally entitled to an accommodation
Any Security+ or equivalent certifications are also desired.
Cloud familiarity/experience, Linux administration, PowerShell scripting/programing expertise is also appreciated.
