The Department of Computing and Cyber security is seeking a non-tenure track adjunct faculty. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in computer science, software engineering, game programming, cyber security and data analytics, etc. Candidates must have experience with one or more of those fields. The adjunct faculty will prepare and teach the assigned class following a syllabus guideline. The faculty will maintain appropriate records, assign earned grades, report needed data to the department, and complete all necessary development assessment information. Teaching assignments may include day, night, or weekend classes, on- campus or on-line classes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses focused on computer science, software engineering, game programming, cyber security and data analytics, etc.
Working with lead faculty.
Required Education and Experience:
Preferred Education and Experience:
Earned doctorate (Ph.D.) in computer science or related fields.
Teaching Experience is a preference.
Successful experience in computer science or related fields.
Once selected, applicants will be required to submit additional documents which may include three original professional letters of recommendation and official transcripts from each degree-granting institution.
Unofficial transcripts are accepted by email before the hiring process is complete.
Prior to issuing a letter of appointment, official transcripts must be received directly from each degree-granting institution by the Search Committee at the address or email listed below.
