Senior Cybersecurity Engagement Manager - Cybersecurity
Our Cybersecurity Specialists continually evolve and adapt our organization and practices to deliver against growing regulatory requirements, increased threats, and changing people, processes, and technology drivers.
Our Office of the CISO organization is responsible for enterprise cybersecurity supported by an integrated set of products and services that support the lifecycle of our assessment functions and protective measures. From design and documentation of controls, to testing and assessment of our enterprise and information systems, to consulting on and validation of issues and remediations, we partner with teams across the company to understand their business drivers and optimize security practices in relation to external/regulatory drivers, cybersecurity frameworks, and organizational risk posture.
As a Senior Cybersecurity Engagement Manager in the Office of the CISO, you will support assessments across our organization, increasing our team's global impact while supporting multinational business needs. You would be responsible for evaluating, assisting with delivery, and reporting results of our cybersecurity programs. You will work with cybersecurity and other leaders in the organization to evaluate and report results on the approach, effectiveness, and compliance of our security, compliance, as well as risk mitigation strategies. You will independently and collaborate on the coordination, analysis, management, and delivery of assessments to support internal and external partners, auditors, and regulators across our organization.

About the job
- Partners with IT and Cybersecurity leaders to coordinate, analyze, manage, and deliver results to meet the needs of the business and contractual needs including responding to requests.
- Advises on impacts and recommends solutions specific to people, process, and technology changes in the environment.
- Contributes to the creation and curation of a comprehensive engagement with cybersecurity and other functional teams.
- Communicates across the ecosystem internally and externally the Cybersecurity program objectives.
- Seeks and encourages opportunities for reuse and alignment to support multiple cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborates and act as liaison to internal and external partners.
The Ideal Candidate Will have:
- Knowledge and experience working with; cybersecurity teams, IT, risk and regulatory teams.
- Ability to understand technology and processes to document risks, understand regulatory impacts, and relationships with corresponding controls and gaps.
- Ability to document and effectively communicate technical and regulatory issues and impacts with a diverse audience.
- Working knowledge and practice of IT security, risk and compliance concepts, processes and able to execute existing patterns.
- Highly collaborative with peers and customers on a professional level and driven to improve service and engagement models.
- Ability to understand and align business drivers in relation to compliance considerations
- Experience building, executing, or managing end-to-end review, scoping, assessment, and reporting requirements for a regulatory or contractual compliance program
- Knowledge of Agile practices and experience working with scrum teams
- Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills; strong oral and written communication skills; strategic and holistic thinking; able to present to senior contributors and management
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Legal Authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience..
- Highly capable consultative skills, including the ability to understand and assist in applying customer requirements.
- Knowledge of and experience with cybersecurity control, program, and risk frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and relevant global frameworks preferred
- Strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required. Relationship building
