The Cybersecurity Operations Engineer (COE) provides operational support for the daily activities of UNH Information Security Services (ISS) pertaining to information security functions and services provided to University departments and individuals. The COE shall be the principal service owner of the UNH/USNH Computer Network Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Service (infoSAFE). Additional roles and responsibilities of the COE include the use and support of designated ISS infrastructure using approved tools to provide security applications and services to University customers. The COE interfaces with UNH IT peers and clients to assist ISS in meeting its operational objectives, while reducing institutional information security risks. The COE will also support the USNH security at all campuses, to include system administration to operation and maintenance of USNH camera systems.

Bachelor’s degree or three to five years of demonstrated work experience in the information security field.Demonstrated experience working in managed project teams.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Demonstrated team-based collaboration skills.MCSE or demonstrated equivalent experience in operating system deployment technology.
