The purpose of this position is to manage all online systems and develop/implement MCC’s information security program including procedures and policies designed to protect and audit digital assets from internal and external threats. This position receives general direction from the Chief Information and Technology Officer and exercises supervision of three other positions.
NOTE: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.

Sedentary-Desk work; occasional field trips e.g. for college or program activities. Minimal Hazard/Exposure-Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls are in place to assure health and comfort.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in an Information Technology field. (A minimum of 12 college credits plus relevant work experience may be substituted for required degree)
Experience: More than three years of professional work experience in an IT environment.
