Central Electric Power Cooperative is currently seeking an individual for the position of Compliance & Cybersecurity Analyst. Preferred candidates should have at least two years of experience with cybersecurity and/or information technologies. New college graduates will also be considered. Key responsibilities will be to manage and ensure the execution of processes related to the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection regulations, to maintain an in-depth knowledge of applicable regulations, to monitor and investigate cybersecurity related incidents, and to continuously evaluate and improve processes related to compliance and cybersecurity. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related degree is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
