Mirion Technologies, Inc.  (“Mirion” or “Company”) has engaged Major Lindsey & Africa on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for a Director - Corporate Securities to be located in Atlanta, Georgia; Melbourne, Florida; or Danville, California. 

Overview: Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Director – Corporate Securities will lead the Company’s public company reporting responsibilities for the legal department and generally assist with public company governance and other legal department projects as needed. The Director will also have a key, strategic role in other corporate areas, including M&A.

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Experience: Minimum 6+ years of related experience in a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department. Strong background in securities laws and public company compliance, and corporate governance. Some mergers and acquisition experience preferred.

Location: Atlanta, GA in a hybrid work situation.  Will also consider Melbourne, FL or Danville, CA.

Relocation: Yes. This is a national search.

Bar: Admission to a State Bar of any jurisdiction in the United States
