This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, Information technology or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience working in large scale, complex incident management or production support environment, utilizing Operational Risk Management and Incident Response methodologies
Proven comprehensive understanding of ITIL Service Management Methodologies, preferably ITIL trained and certified
Passionate about incident monitoring and committed to results in a highly critical environment. Proven analytical skills, especially in analysis of complex IT dependencies
Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and deliver strategic solutions to clients
General understanding of technology regulatory, operational and enterprise risk management
Excellent communication skills written and verbal, able to communicate with senior technology and business management
Role requires weekend support as part of shift-based coverage
Strong team player, ability to foster relationships from both a business and technical point of view.
