Evaluate intelligence analyst reports to determine investigative steps. Take actions on moving the investigation forward.
Conduct comprehensive investigations to determine product impact, identify cause, determine implementation of corrective and preventative actions, and proper closure of cases.
Produce advanced investigative briefing presentations, using google slides and other presentation tools when called upon and able to do this task on very tight deadlines.
Using advanced analytics, conduct continuous analysis of multiple data sources to link investigations, identify new activity, and analyze evolving pharmaceutical crime trends brought forward by the analysts.
Continuously conduct market surveillance to analyze Genentech & Roche’s global product portfolio, generating product security risk profiles for efficient resource and countermeasure allocation.
Work closely with the intelligence analyst team to create joint tailored analytical products related to product crime investigations.
Maintain, review and update investigative findings in case management databases.
Foster working relationships with state, local, and federal law enforcement Agencies, As Well As Other Pharmaceutical Company Investigators.
Provide case briefings to internal and external stakeholders and decision makers.
Update project management system for the status of all assigned events.
Update policy and training documents.
Coordinate closely with, and evaluate services of outside consultants, information providers, and other external investigational resources tosupport intelligence analysis for internet monitoring and other product integrity programs.
Flexibly operate in a hybrid team environment (remote & onsite).
Occasionally travel for investigations, training, conferences, and networking events (25%) and remain available for calls in all time zones globally.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline.
10+ years of work related experience in law enforcement, military, security, or regulatory agency.
High degree of discretion and acumen required due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the work (No federal clearance required for this position).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work together in a hybrid team environment.
Knowledge and experience working with HSI and other law enforcement entities globally.
Job history of working with regulatory agencies, and strong understanding of the necessary components of a case needed to garner convictions.
Advance project management skills.
Knowledge of proper collection, analysis, and transportation of evidence. (Evidence Response Team (ERT) Experience Preferred).
Experience utilizing i2 Analyst Notebook to create link analysis charts.
Experience with TrackWise & Veeva Vault systems.
Experience utilizing case management databases (e.g. Quickbase & KaseWare)
Experience working with Asana project management software.
Advanced proficiency conducting Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Social Media Monitoring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, and ability to present information in an advanced graphic format.
