Job Overview:
The Manager of Cybersecurity Risk Management, applies knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity Risk Management, and Information Technology to build and grow a team responsible for Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Policy functions for Cardinal Health. This leader demonstrates in depth knowledge of Cybersecurity Risk Management best practices, partnering across Cardinal Health to build and mature cybersecurity risk processes to ensure decisions are effectively made and activities are prioritized to minimize cyber risk. Additionally, this person will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and visioning skills to build a strong, healthy, and cohesive team that aims to be industry leading across the Information Security industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead, develop and recruit a highly effective and diverse Cybersecurity Risk Management Team accountable for the following functions:
Cyber Risk Governance Program
Risk Advisory Board
GRC Tool Use and Management
Customer Third Party Risk
Cybersecurity Policy
Merger and Integration Cybersecurity Assessments
Build and lead through collaboration, mentoring, and skill training with a strong focus on employee development
Consult with IT and security teams on the development of new security controls and governance practices
Lead metric identification and development for cybersecurity risk to for all levels from senior leadership to solution owners
Build and deliver presentations to review top risks, trends and potential solutions for senior IT and business leadership
Partner closely with audit, compliance and cybersecurity teams to facilitate the identification and prioritization of cyber risk
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to different levels within and outside of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with Cybersecurity Risk Management Frameworks with build/run experience
6+ years experience in Information Technology, 4+ years leading high performing and highly technical teams
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage innovative teams of highly technical professionals
Relevant Information Security Certifications
