The Department of Math and Computer Science in the J. D. Patterson School of Natural Sciences at Ouachita Baptist University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Cybersecurity to begin August 2024. The successful candidate will display evidence of successful classroom teaching, scholarship and/or qualified professional experience; an authentic Christian faith lived out through personal discipleship and active involvement in a local church; support for the university’s vision, mission, and values; and a commitment to our Christian liberal arts tradition. Primary responsibilities will include teaching a wide range of cybersecurity and computer science courses as part of a new cybersecurity program. Rank and salary are dependent on qualifications. All qualified candidates will be considered, but preference will be given to those who have a PhD in Cybersecurity or a related computer-science field.

Ouachita Baptist University, a private liberal arts university in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, is entering its 138th year as a Christ-centered learning community.
