What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Five to 10 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in relevant field
10 years of experience in Industrial Security Program or equivalent government or military experience
Demonstrated success as an Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) or equivalent position
Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
Able to juggle competing demands and prioritize work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment
Able to work independently
Other Requirements:
Able to obtain a DOD/FBI Top Secret level security clearance with SCI eligibility
Willing to take occasional polygraph
Able to pass, or recently passed, Facility Security Officer Program Management course for Possessing Facilities
