POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for multiple program service areas that support Trinity River Authority's projects in the Northern and Southern Regions. These areas include the tracking, monitoring, and remediation of security systems technology (cameras, card access, gates, doors, and gate infrastructure). This position will schedule and assess vendor maintenance work to ensure items are remediated as requested. The individual in this position will also work to maintain standardization of security procedures across TRA locations with contract security staff. Identifying areas of opportunity for improvement or service deficiencies, and flagging these items for remediation appropriately.
