A premier commercial high-rise property in Lower Manhattan is seeking an experienced Security Director to oversee all security operations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to ensure the safety and security of tenants, employees, and visitors.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security protocols, emergency response plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage and oversee security personnel, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance.
• Collaborate with property management and law enforcement agencies to address security concerns.
• Conduct security assessments, incident investigations, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations.
• Utilize security technology, including surveillance systems and access controls, to enhance safety measures.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in security management, law enforcement, military, or private security preferred but not required.
