This position functions as an associate engineer for the Center for Design and Manufacturing Excellence (CDME) and is responsible for the execution of routine engineering tasks on industry-led projects relating to industrial cybersecurity, and commercialization of new technology through integrated design and manufacturing approaches; works closely with supervisor and senior engineers to ensure projects are completed in accordance with project milestones, deliverable requirements, and within the cost and schedule agreed upon during project scoping; collaborates with CDME staff and students to coordinate multidisciplinary tasks; applies knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures gained through education; follows project management processes; travels to customer facilities for projec
