Job DescriptionThis position provides strategic leadership, oversight, and program management for Lake Superior College?s facilities management, public safety, emergency management, Clery compliance efforts, serves as the Colleges Deputy Title IX Coordinator, and the environmental health and occupational safety programs. This position ensures a safe and secure campus environment through effective policy development, regulatory compliance, collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and all training related to safety and environmental issues within the college. The Director supervises departmental personnel and manages vendor relationships to support campus-wide safety initiatives.
