Description: The Security Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the NC A&T University Police Security Division, which includes permanent full-time and contract employees. The Security Manager utilizes professional leadership practices and problem-solving techniques in a collaborative manner to develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain Security standards. In performing these duties, the Security Manager continually analyzes the Security needs of the university community to determine the optimal levels of manpower, distribution of personnel, and work schedules. This process includes coordinating with the Patrol Supervisors & Crime Prevention Officer to have Security surveys conducted at University facilities upon request
