Security Officer - Security - Per Diem SUMMARY: This position is accountable for maintaining all Security Department and VCH policies, standard operating procedures, and protocols. The incumbent will maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees, physicians, patients, visitors, and contractors/vendors on VCH property by being prepared for emergency situations and responding to all incidents and emergency situations properly. This position assists in visitor identification and health screening upon hospital entry, the effective operation of video surveillance equipment to aid in the protection of VCH property and assets, ensures the safety and visitor entry
