Position SummaryThe Security Officer’s main responsibility is the identification and prevention of situations that put people and property at risk. The security officer is responsible to provide excellent customer service patrolling campus grounds to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Security officers provide a visible presence, deterrence and are ready to tactfully intervene where appropriate. Essential Duties Patrols hospital grounds to detect unauthorized persons or vehicles.
