 The Sr Manager, Cyber Security reports to the VP of IT and is a hands-on leader responsible for implementing and managing cybersecurity standards and operations in a highly regulated gaming environment. The role oversees compliance, security operations, incident response, risk management, and technology controls to protect organizational data. It involves working closely with internal leaders and regulators to maintain strong security practices and ensure adherence to applicable laws and gaming regulations.  &#xa0; The job involves: 
 
 Responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of the organization&#8217;s cyber security technology to reduce Cyber Security risk exposure and incidents, while aligning with business and regulatory requirements 
 Develop, implement, and maintain cyber security policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with AGCO, OLG, NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls 
 Proactively reduce cybersecurity risks and incidents through monitoring and mitigation strategies 
 Monitor emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and trends to proactively strengthen security posture 
 Oversee daily cybersecurity operations, including threat detection and response. 
 Lead and coordinate security incident response activities, including forensic investigations, containment, and remediation 
 Manage the enterprise cyber risk management program, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, documented, and reported 
 Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, including Gaming Control Act (Ontario),AGCO Registrar&#8217;s Standards for Gaming, PIPEDA, PHIPA (where applicable) including audits 
 Ensure timely escalation, executive communication, and regulatory reporting of cyber security incidents as required 
 Lead and support internal, external, and regulatory audits, including remediation tracking and closure 
 Provide security supervision for enterprise IT systems, gaming platforms, cloud environments, and network infrastructure 
 Evaluate, recommend, and manage cyber security technology solutions and services (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IAM, cloud security platforms) 
 Ensure security requirements are embedded into IT projects, system implementations, and change management processes 
 Collaborate across departments and deliver reporting on cybersecurity performance, while demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and professionalism. 
 Lead, mentor, and develop a high?performing cyber security team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in a 24/7 casino operational environment 
 Adheres to compliance and workplace policies, internal control procedures, and AGCO directives and control activities to exceed the AGCO standards and requirements

 &#xa0; The ideal candidate has: 
 
 University Degree Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 
 Minimum of 8 -12 years of progressive experience in Cyber/Information Security with a minimum 3-5 years&#8217; experience in a Senior or Management role 
 Professional designation/certification  CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, GIAC (GSOC, GCIH, GCIA or equivalent) preferred 
 Proven experience managing cyber security operations and programs in a regulated industry (gaming, hospitality, financial services, or critical infrastructure preferred) 
 Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks and standards (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) 
 Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to focus on results 
 Remarkable guest service , time&#xa0; management and organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills

 Qualifications 
 
 Minimum of 3+ years&#8217; of  client-facing cybersecurity consulting experience within a consulting firm, professional environment or advisory services. 
 Bachelor&#39;s degree required, preferably in cybersecurity, information security, computer science or a related field. Master&#39;s degree preferred. 
 Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams &#xa0;and manage cybersecurity consulting engagements from planning through delivery. 
 Proven background leading cybersecurity consulting engagements &#xa0;across areas such as cyber risk, governance, compliance, security strategy, technology risk, assessments and advisory services. 
 Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, controls and industry best practices. 
 Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards. 
 Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills &#xa0;with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive leadership and client stakeholders.

 New opportunity with our growing Information Security (IS) team! We are seeking an experienced, collaborative Information Security Operations Manager to own day?to?day Security Operations (SecOps) and lead a small but high?impact team responsible for network security, endpoint security, incident response, IAM operations, and administration of the Bank&#8217;s e-mail &#38; productivity platforms.  Specific Responsibilities 
 Management, Leadership of SecOps  
 
 Manage, coach, and develop the SecOps team in alignment with functional expectations and Bank Competencies; set goals, run operating mechanisms, and drive performance. 
 Manage daily security operations including network security, endpoint security, incident response, and IAM. 
 Represent SecOps in collaboration with peers and other stakeholders. 
 Own administration of the Bank&#8217;s e-mail and productivity cloud environment. 
 Drive SecOps program maturity and ensure cross-team alignment with Bank Technology and business units. 
 Maintain playbooks, runbooks, procedures, and manage to SLOs. 
 Collaborate tightly with Security Architecture to articulate operational needs, strategies, and gaps to effectively mature the Bank&#8217;s cyber security capabilities. 
 Actively support the Bank&#8217;s strategy to leverage inclusion and opportunity as a long-term strategic priority. 
 Other duties, as assigned. 
 
 Threat Detection &#38; Incident Response  
 
 Oversee the Bank&#8217;s MDR relationship and SIEM/detection engineering function to tune rules and detections for high?fidelity alerting, reducing noise and false positives. 
 Manage threat intelligence and hunting processes to enable mature security operations that go beyond reactive monitoring. 
 Lead response for security incidents (containment, eradication, recovery) in coordination with IT, cloud, and business teams; ensure proper evidence handling and documentation; coordinate with law enforcement and supporting services when necessary. 
 
 Network Security 
 
 Manage the Bank&#8217;s attack surface management capability, including tight collaboration with infrastructure and service management teams. 
 Direct the vulnerability management program (scan, risk triage, remediation tracking, exception governance). 
 Own Web Application Firewall operations and management. 
 Provide oversight and governance for network and DNS firewall operations. 
 
 Endpoint Security 
 
 Lead and manage endpoint security operations and tools, including EDR, DLP, and file integrity monitoring. 
 Partner with infrastructure and application teams to accelerate patching and configuration hardening. 
 
 Identity and Access Management 
 
 Manage the Bank&#8217;s IAM operations, including IGA, AM, and PAM platforms. 
 Partner with the IS Governance Manager to advance the IAM roadmap to manage risk while delivering business enablement. 
 
 E-Mail &#38; Productivity  
 
 Manage the Bank&#8217;s secure e-mail gateway and overall routing. 
 Own administration of the Bank&#8217;s productivity cloud. 
 
 Security Platforms &#38; Engineering 
 
 Own operational health of core security platforms and controls across workstations, servers, network, productivity, and cloud services. 
 Implement automation (SOAR/scripts) to reduce manual effort and accelerate response. 
 
 Reporting &#38; Governance 
 
 Align SecOps processes to NIST CSF and Bank policies/standards.

 5+ years relevant and broad Information Security Ops experience.

 Strong understanding of AWS security services and cloud threat detection.

 Preferred Qualifications 
 
 Certifications: CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent experience.
