Nexkey is seeking a Field Service Technician to add to its Hardware team. You will help grow our customer base by scouting prospective customer sites, assessing their needs, and spec’ing and installing the right Nexkey products. Critical to this role is previous experience in a customer facing technician role. You should be comfortable quickly learning new products and features. You have the technical ability to troubleshoot anything electrical and the charisma and charm to turn any potential customer into a fanatic. You are comfortable coordinating with customers via email, phone and in person. This position will report to the Head of Hardware, and is located in San Mateo, CA.
